San Cierra Apartments in Houston

San Cierra apartments is one of the new luxury apartment community that has recently opened for business.  These are more like apartment homes as one bedrooms are extremely spacious.  The beginning square footage for one bedroom apartment homes begin at 935 square feet. Many new apartment communities have been reducing the square footage size in order to fit in more apartment units and are therefore able to secure more total rent for the apartment community each month. However the developer here went against the grain. They are also one of the few properties that offers a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom floor plan containing over 1900 square feet. This will rival many townhomes in the area.  If you are contemplating leasing a home; San Cierra may offer strong competition.  New construction has a broad appeal and this community is more of a luxury resort than it is a typical apartment home. If you are searching for an apartment in north Houston this definitely deserves consideration.  Interiors boast attached garages, separate showers, intrusion alarms, granite counters in the kitchen and bathrooms, and much more. The property also features a resort-style pool which cannot be described in words but must be seen.  Make sure you take advantage of the private move theatre which seats 24 total people.

Midtown Houston Apartments

Houston Midtown apartments provide some of the most exciting
and popular apartment living in the city of Houston.  An area that had
been dead 10 years ago has become one of the hot spots in the city of Houston.
Young professionals in droves have flocked to this area.  An explosion of
bars, a club scene, and several restaurants has led to its revival.  In
fact Houston Midtown is one of the only areas in that experienced negative
growth in the 1990’s.  There are around 7 Houston Midtown apartments and a
plethora of town-homes that made their way into the area.  And with the influx of residents; the commercial side of things is soon to follow.  A brand new 24 hour fitness and other
commercial businesses have planned or are already in the area to cater to
residents. The cost of apartment living has increased tremendously in the past
few years and continues its upward spiral.  Residents can find one bedroom
apartments homes in the Midtown area beginning in the mid $900’s.  However
several popular apartment communities such as 2222 Smith Street have wait lists
( $1000 +) for one and two bedroom apartment homes.  TheVentana at Midtown
(many consider it not to be in Midtown) lies on the South end of the Midtown
area just North of Highway 59.  It is a luxurious mid-rise and its bright
yellow color makes the apartment complex stand out. It is probably my least
favorite Midtown property as some undesirable people commence their business
just across the property. However; the Metro Light Rail travels adjacent to the
property and will transport rider northward to the Houston Downtown area or
South towards the Texas Medical Center. Interiors feature carpeting or hardwood
flooring. Each apartment home contains a full size washer and dryer and the
Ventana boasts a fitness center as well.
