Clear Lake apartment have recently seen their vacancies decrease dramatically.  After Hurricane Ike devistated Galveston Texas and certain portions of Harris County and Galveston County home owners and renters in the area had to move fairly quickly and  farther away from the coastline.  A few apartment communities such as Greystar Beacon Lakes  and The Villas at Edgewater had recently just opened their doors before the arrival of the storm.
