1200 Post Oak - Dominion Post Oak

1200 Post Oak is a magnificent high rise near Uptown Park.  It offers spectacular views of the Greater Houston area including downtown and the Texas Medical Center. We love sending our clients over to the property. They are treated well and the leasing agents provide a great tour of the property. The community boasts 33 stories of luxury living. Each apartment home contains a skyline view, granite counters, and slate floors.  There are total of 356 total units on the premises with one bedrooms starting at a spacious 839 total square feet. The area is really second to none in Houston. The Uptown area has everything you need including the Houston Galleria Mall, a plethora of restaurants, grocery stores, and an infinite number of shopping destinations. Several high quality steakhouses including Mortons, Pappas, and Del Frisco’s are within a mile of one another. And with powerful anchor stores like Neiman Marcus in the galleria, residents from all over the city make this area the final stop of their destination. 1200 Post Oak is one of two high quality high rises for rent in the Houston Galleria area. We also enjoy sending clients to Dominion Post Oak.  This high rise is located of McCue St. and is within walking distance of the Galleria. It is a little newer (2005 Construction Date) and has one of my personal favorite amenities, floor to ceiling sliding glass doors.  They also provide a valet dry cleaning services if your day is non-stop.  Houston has a limited supply of high rises for rent and these two are some of the newest in the city.

The Millennium Greenway

The Millennium Greenway is one of the newest luxury properties in the inner loop area.  If you drive on Highway 59 just past the Galleria heading North you will see it on your left side.  It is managed  by DCM Management and it has a total of 309 units. One bedrooms apartment homes start out at 709 square feet for $1275 before any incentive or specials the property may be offering.  That comes out too around $1.79 per square foot.  I have seen high rents per square footage but I have also seen lower. Ther is no doubt that this property will receive traffic from individuals who see if from the side of the road. If you visit The Millennium make sure you also visit Camden Plaza. This community is right next door.  It should give you a great comparable  this Camden community was constructed in 2007.  The Millennium Greenway sports black slate flooring, designer accent walls, and black pearl counters.  Camden Plaza feature stained concrete and offers a 778 square foot efficiency which is almost like a loft style apartments. The leasing agents have set up a unit that separates the bedroom from the living room. I believe they have done an excellent job as I believe many renters will go for it.  Many new Houston inner loop apartments have opened their doors and all deserve attention if you must live in the inner loop.
